In a large bowl, mix together the "peanut butter base" ingredients until smooth. Press evenly into a 9x13 inch pan and place in the fridge.
Meanwhile, place the "chocolate layer" ingredients into a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the peanut butter base. Place in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
Cut into 35 squares. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
